great store for higher end pet products (and regular brands too). they carry the grain-free and holistic lines that many other places do not. they also carry the raw meat for dogs. the staff is very helpful.

If you have a question, don't expect anyone to get up out of their chair to help you. Uninterested, uninspired staff completely oblivious to the concept of customer service.

I never have a problem with the staff. I call ahead and my pet food and it is waiting for me by the cash register. They even load it into my car - what else can you ask for?
